Hi! I'm Taylor. For over 10 years I worked for agencies that sold expensive 12-month contracts with minimal expectation setting. Often times the results weren't worth the high dollar investment. That made reporting calls, frankly, miserable.
Despite my efforts to find better tools and models, there was little interest in changing this broken approach to search marketing. I knew there had to be a better way.
I built LUMA to address every common frustration I experienced working at agencies. Clients feel more confident and less stressed about results. We make them look like the hero in front of their boss and their team.

LUMA is deeply rooted in family. Not only did Taylor have a strong desire to help businesses but she also wanted more flexibility to care for her two children. Being a working parent is incredibly hard and the traditional workplace doesn't offer the support mothers need to succeed.
